3. Purpose limitation, legal basis, storage period, and data recipients:
3.1. We require the personal data collected for billing, scheduling appointments, etc. The data is collected, stored, processed, and used for these purposes.
3.2. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is, on the one hand, the fulfillment of a contract (e.g., online purchase), legitimate interests, the fulfillment of our legal or contractual obligations, and, on the other hand, your consent (e.g., contact form, newsletter, cookies). Failure to provide data may have various consequences.
3.3. We process your personal data (name, contact details, and date of birth) as necessary for the duration of the entire business relationship (from initiation and execution to termination of a contract) and beyond, in accordance with the statutory retention and documentation obligations arising from, among other things, the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB), the Federal Tax Code (BAO), and until the conclusion of any legal disputes, ongoing warranty and guarantee periods, etc.

In the course of operating our websites, we commission software service providers and agencies who may gain access to your personal data in the course of their activities, provided that they need the data to perform their respective services. 3.5. We do not pass on any data to third parties.
4. Contact form:
4.1. Your details, including personal data from our contact form, will be transmitted to us via our own mail server for processing your request, further processed, and stored by us. This data will not be collected or passed on without your consent. Without this data, we cannot process your requests.
4.2. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 (3) TKG and Article 6 (1) (a) (consent) GDPR.

5.1. Cookies, other tracking technologies, and functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics (Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) can be used in a variety of ways on our internet platform. 6. Consent and right to revoke consent:

6.2. As a matter of principle, we do not process data relating to minors and are not authorized to do so. By giving your consent, you confirm that you are at least 14 years of age or that you have the consent of your legal representative.

In such a case, the data stored about you to date will be anonymized and subsequently used only for statistical purposes without personal reference.
